I believe the tabs cache fix is still under feature flag as CIAB sites are not public right now. Can we remove that from the release note?

On a second thought I suppose this affects the POS tab, so this should be good. Please feel free to ignore my comment if that's the case.

Thanks! I tested this on the TestFlight build and I saw some glitching on the POS tab when running the store for first time, as well as when switching stores. Not all times though. By checking #16292 I'm not sure if is the full scope of the change, since the Description seems to contain the changes instead. I'll move ahead with this just to unblock the code freeze 👍
